I'm Valeria Valdebenito, founder of Ambia Tours and BlancoTinto.com and the person behind every Private Tours Valencia experience.
Born and raised in Valencia in a Chilean family, I've spent more than 25 years introducing international travellers to this Mediterranean region. Throughout that time, I've realised that the most memorable journeys are not about seeing more places—they're about understanding the places you visit.
That idea has shaped the way I design every experience.
Whether we're exploring Valencia's historic streets, discovering the Valencia Central Market, the world of Lladró, visiting local wineries or sharing a glass of wine together, my goal is always the same: to help you connect with the history, gastronomy, traditions and people that give this region its unique identity.
Wine has become an essential part of that journey.
As a certified sommelier, WSET Diploma holder and Weinakademiker, I see wine not simply as something to taste, but as one of the best ways to understand a territory. Every bottle tells a story about its landscape, its people and its traditions, and I enjoy making those stories accessible to travellers of every level of wine knowledge.
My experiences are always private and personalised. Rather than following a fixed script, I adapt every tour to your interests, whether you're passionate about history, architecture, gastronomy, local culture or simply curious to discover Valencia from a deeper perspective.
For me, hospitality is about far more than showing beautiful places. It's about creating genuine connections with the destination and ensuring that every traveller leaves with a richer understanding of Valencia than they had when they arrived.
The key in my logo represents the idea that has guided my work from the very beginning: helping you unlock the authentic character of Valencia.
