Wine is one of the most meaningful ways to discover Valencia, and I'd be delighted to share that journey with you.

This private wine tasting is designed around your interests, whether you're completely new to wine or already an experienced enthusiast. Together we'll explore a carefully selected range of Valencian wines, discovering how native grape varieties such as Bobal, Merseguera, Giró and other local varieties express the landscapes, climate and traditions of this remarkable Mediterranean region.

Rather than focusing on technical terminology, I encourage an open and relaxed conversation where every wine becomes an opportunity to understand the people, history and culture behind each bottle. I'll adapt the tasting to your level of knowledge, making the experience engaging, approachable and enjoyable for everyone.

Our wines are accompanied by a selection of Spanish and Valencian tapas, chosen to highlight the natural connection between local food and wine. If you have dietary requirements or food allergies, the menu can be adapted to ensure a comfortable experience.

As a certified sommelier, WSET Diploma holder and Weinakademiker, I enjoy helping travellers taste with confidence while discovering why Valencian wines have become one of Spain's most exciting wine regions. My aim is never simply to explain wine, but to reveal the stories, traditions and people that give every glass its identity.
